1. About FitFab
FitFab provides interior finishing and fit-out related services, including gypsum works, gypsum partition works, false ceilings, room dividers, space planning, project coordination, furniture and fixture support, and related interior fabrication solutions.
Our services are offered to developers, fit-out companies, main contractors, private clients, commercial clients, retail spaces, hospitality projects, industrial facilities, and other property owners or project stakeholders across the UAE.
2. Use of Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our company, services, experience, and project capabilities. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, or interfere with the website or its users.
You must not:
- Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

4. Quotations and Estimates
Any quotation, estimate, proposal, or pricing provided by FitFab is based on the information available at the time of preparation. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotations may be subject to revision after a site survey, final measurements, material selection, design changes, authority requirements, or changes in project scope.
A quotation does not create a binding contract unless accepted in writing by both parties and, where applicable, confirmed through an official purchase order, work order, signed agreement, or advance payment.
FitFab reserves the right to correct pricing errors, amend quotations, or withdraw proposals before formal acceptance.
5. Site Survey and Measurements
For gypsum works, partition works, false ceilings, and fit-out related services, accurate site inspection and measurements may be required before final pricing and execution.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site. FitFab shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, incomplete information, hidden site conditions, structural issues, electrical or MEP conflicts, or changes made by other contractors.
6. Project Scope and Variations
The agreed project scope will be based on the approved quotation, drawings, specifications, written communication, or contract documents.
Any changes, additions, removals, design revisions, material upgrades, rework, or extra works requested by the client after approval may be treated as variations and may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
FitFab will proceed with variation works only after confirmation by the client, unless urgent action is required for safety, site protection, or project continuity.
7. Timelines and Completion
FitFab aims to complete all projects within the agreed timeline and with proper workmanship. However, project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Site access restrictions.
- Delays from main contractors, consultants, clients, or other subcontractors.
- Material shortages or supplier delays.
- Design changes or variation works.
- Authority approvals or inspection requirements.
- Weather, transport, labor, or force majeure events.
- Unsafe or incomplete site conditions.
FitFab shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure site access is available as agreed.
- Obtain necessary permissions, approvals, and authority clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Coordinate with building management, main contractors, consultants, or other parties where required.
- Make payments according to the agreed payment terms.
- Review and approve materials, drawings, samples, and work stages within a reasonable time.
Delays in client approvals, payments, site readiness, or decision-making may affect project timelines and costs.
9. Materials and Workmanship
FitFab strives to use suitable materials and skilled workmanship for all gypsum and partition works. Materials will be supplied according to the approved quotation, specification, sample, or agreed project requirement.
Natural differences, batch variations, availability changes, and manufacturer tolerances may occur in certain materials or finishes. FitFab is not responsible for defects or failures caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, water leakage, building movement, poor maintenance, third-party damage, or work performed by others.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made according to the approved schedule.
FitFab may suspend work, delay delivery, withhold materials, or postpone completion if payments are delayed or outstanding.
The client shall be responsible for any additional costs arising from payment delays, demobilization, remobilization, storage, or extended project duration.
11. Cancellation and Suspension
If a client cancels, postpones, or suspends an approved project, FitFab may charge for work already completed, materials purchased, labor allocated, design/preparation work, transportation, administrative costs, and any other expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation or suspension.
Custom-made, ordered, fabricated, or specially procured materials may not be refundable once confirmed or purchased.
12. Defects and Rectification
FitFab may provide a defect rectification period or workmanship warranty if agreed in writing. Any claim must be reported within the agreed period and must relate directly to FitFab’s scope of work.
Defect rectification does not apply to damage or issues caused by:
- Misuse, negligence, or poor maintenance.
- Water leakage, humidity, fire, impact, or structural movement.
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or MEP issues outside FitFab’s scope.
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
- Third-party contractors or building management works.
- Normal wear and tear.
13. Health, Safety, and Site Conditions
FitFab follows reasonable safety practices during project execution. Clients and other site parties must also cooperate to maintain a safe working environment.
FitFab may refuse or suspend work if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, not ready, or not compliant with required working conditions.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, service descriptions, graphics, designs, and branding, belongs to FitFab or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Project drawings, designs, proposals, BOQs, technical documents, and other materials prepared by FitFab remain the intellectual property of FitFab unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Project Images and Portfolio Use
Unless the client objects in writing, FitFab may use completed project images, videos, descriptions, or general project information for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes, provided that confidential information is not disclosed.
For sensitive, private, or confidential projects, the client should notify FitFab in writing before project completion.
16. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. FitFab is not responsible for the content, policies, reliability, or practices of any third-party websites.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitFab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, project delay damages, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of our website or services.
FitFab’s liability for any claim relating to a project shall be limited to the value of the specific service paid for by the client, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
18. Force Majeure
FitFab shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, labor shortages, supplier delays, transport disruptions, government restrictions, authority delays, accidents, civil disturbance, or other unforeseen events.
19. Privacy
Your use of our website may involve the submission of personal information such as name, phone number, email address, project location, or inquiry details. Such information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
